Access Bars®

Bars is a gentle, energetic body process that works with 32 specific points on the head.

 

These points store the energetic imprint of thoughts, emotions, beliefs and patterns that we accumulate throughout life.

 

By lightly touching these points, stagnant energy is released, allowing the mind and body to slow down, reset and open up to more ease.

Many people experience Bars as deeply relaxing, a moment of mental quiet, where everything simply gets a little lighter.

What can Bars support?

Bars can be supportive in many different situations, especially when the mind feels overloaded or stuck in repetitive patterns. It may help with:

 

  • Mental overactivity and constant thinking

  • Stress, tension and burnout-related complaints

  • Emotional heaviness or feeling “blocked”

  • Difficulty letting go of old beliefs or habits

  • Sleep issues or deep fatigue

  • A desire for more clarity, ease or inner space

 

It is also often chosen simply as a reset, a way to step out of doing and into being.

How does a Bars session work?

During a Bars session, you lie down fully clothed in a comfortable setting.

 

The practitioner gently holds different points on the head, in a calm and intuitive rhythm.

There is no need to talk, analyse or relive anything.

 

Your body and energy system do the work naturally, at their own pace.

Sessions can be experienced as a stand-alone moment of rest, or as part of a broader personal or energetic process.

TIME

Session durations are indicative rather than fixed. As I work with energy, each session unfolds at its own pace.

 

I always allow ample time to support the process fully, without working strictly by the clock.

PAYMENT

All sessions are paid in advance via online booking. Prices are clearly stated and include VAT where applicable.

​That way, we don't have to worry about practical matters and can focus entirely on the session.

ANNULATION

Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp.

 

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice are charged in full.
